Sunan Abi Dawud 23661
In-book no 3157حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ حَاتِمِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَىٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَيْرُ الْكَفَنِ الْحُلَّةُ وَخَيْرُ الأُضْحِيَةِ الْكَبْشُ الأَقْرَنُ " .
Narrated Ubadah ibn as-Samit: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The best shroud is a lower garment and one which covers the whole body, and the best sacrifice is a horned ram.
