Parties and scope

These Terms of Use are between Muhammet Şafak, who operates the service at qurandia.com (the "Service"), and you as its user. By using the Service you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Qurandia is a reading and learning platform offering the text of the Quran, translations, tafsir, word-by-word analysis, a root dictionary, hadith collections, a topic index and learning tools. Reading and searching require no account; there is no charge and no advertising.

Features such as bookmarks, private notes, collections and the spaced-repetition schedule are available only to registered users.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. Do not register if you are under 13.

Acceptable use

While using the Service you agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-harvest data with automated tools, overload the system, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Run unauthorised security tests, bypass security measures, or access anyone else's account.
• Store unlawful, defamatory, hateful or harassing text as a note, collection name or description.
• Republish or reproduce the Service's content commercially without permission.

About the religious content

Translations, tafsir and hadith texts come from open corpora and may contain errors or omissions introduced in transcription, alignment or translation. The original Arabic text prevails.

Qurandia is not a fatwa or religious advisory service, and its content must not be relied on as a source of religious rulings. If you notice an error, report it to [email protected].

Your content

The notes you write, the collections you build and the items you bookmark belong to you; you do not transfer ownership of them to us. We store and process them only as far as running the Service requires, and by default they are visible to you alone.

When you delete your account, all of this content is permanently deleted with it.

Intellectual property

Rights in the interface design, the software, the brand elements and the original content produced for this project (revelation-context notes, academy lessons, the topic index) are reserved.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Features may be changed, limited or withdrawn without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Suspension and termination

Your account may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached. You may delete your own account at any time from the settings page.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current text is always published on this page and the effective date is changed; account holders are notified separately of material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute.
