Sahih Muslim 9977
In-book no 2700حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ، بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ، - رضى الله عنه - يَقُولُ بَيْدَاؤُكُمْ هَذِهِ الَّتِي تَكْذِبُونَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِيهَا مَا أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلاَّ مِنْ عِنْدِ الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ .
Salim b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that he heard his father saying: This place Baida' is for you that about which you attribute lie to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). And the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not enter upon the state of Ihram but near the mosque at Dhu'l- Hulaifa.
