'Abasa 80:10

As narrated from Aisha in Tirmidhi, while the Prophet was occupied with the leading men of Quraysh, whose conversion he hoped for, the blind Companion Abdullah ibn Umm Maktum came and said, "Teach me too; recite to me from what God has taught you," repeating himself because he could not see the situation. When displeasure showed on the Prophet's face and he turned to the others, the verses were revealed, beginning: "He frowned and turned away, because the blind man came to him." Reports add that thereafter the Prophet would honor him, saying, "Welcome to the one on whose account my Lord admonished me!"

Surah Abasa is Meccan. According to the reports, while the Prophet was occupied presenting Islam to the leading men of Quraysh, the blind companion Abdullah ibn Umm Maktum came and asked him a question; displeased at the interruption, the Prophet frowned, and the opening verses of the surah were revealed concerning this incident. The surah teaches that priority in conveying the message belongs not to social standing but to those whose hearts turn to the truth.
