فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱتَّبِعْ أَدْبَٰرَهُمْ وَلَا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ وَٱمْضُوا۟ حَيْثُ تُؤْمَرُونَ ٦٥

So set out with your family during a portion of the night and follow behind them and let not anyone among you look back and continue on to where you are commanded."

Al-Hijr is Meccan, dated to the middle-to-late Meccan period. It consoles the Prophet in an atmosphere of intensifying mockery and denial; the verse 'Proclaim openly what you are commanded' is associated with the phase of public preaching, and the surah affirms that the Quran is under divine protection.
