Al-Infitar 82:3

Surah al-Infitar is Meccan, held to belong to the early Meccan period. With scenes of the Last Day beginning with the splitting of the sky, it tells the Meccan society that denied the Hereafter that everyone will face what they sent ahead and left behind. With the address 'O man, what has deceived you concerning your generous Lord?', it questions human ingratitude and announces that deeds are recorded by watching angels.
