إِن تُقْرِضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَٰعِفْهُ لَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ
If you loan Allah a goodly loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. And Allah is Most Appreciative and Forbearing.

Revelation context of the surah
Surah-wideSurah at-Taghabun is, according to the prevailing view, Medinan, though some scholars held it to be Meccan or partly Meccan. While its style resembles Meccan surahs, a report transmitted in Tirmidhi states that the verses declaring that spouses and children may be a trial were revealed concerning people whose families had delayed their emigration. The surah treats God's oneness, the resurrection, balance in family ties, and spending in charity.
