وَلَقَدْ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِى فَٱضْرِبْ لَهُمْ طَرِيقًا فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ يَبَسًا لَّا تَخَٰفُ دَرَكًا وَلَا تَخْشَىٰ ٧٧

And We had inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants and strike for them a dry path through the sea; you will not fear being overtaken [by Pharaoh] nor be afraid [of drowning]."

Ta-Ha is Meccan, dated to the middle Meccan period. In the account of Umar's conversion, the pages being read in his sister's house are reported to have been from this surah. It stresses that the Quran was sent down not to distress the Prophet but as a reminder, and recounts the story of Moses at length.
